Owner provides golf cubs, body boards, and snorkel gears. Home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large open main floor with kitchen, raised bar, dinning room and family room, with wrap around decks, and expansive open space green-belt views. Additional sitting/sleeping: one twin pull-out mattress couch; two "day-bed couches"; one twin trundle bed; additional luxury style inflatable beds with bedding can be made up upon request. Large deck, Jacuzzi, private back yard. Comfortable beds for 13 guests and total for 13 people maximum.
The custom designed luxury residence features a classic open floor plan, two-story home with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an attached huge deck and garage.
