Main Master bedroom has an en suite spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upper Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Next to the kitchen is an additional bedroom with a twin trundle bed and half bath & Laundry. Home also includes a private lanai, flat screen TV, and an independent work space with high-speed internet.
The home also features a chef's kitchen with plenty of space to prepare gourmet meals as well as an open concept living area with louvered windows and cool trade winds that flow throughout. The main living area opens up to a magnificent lanai with unobstructed ocean and sunset views from your very own infinity pool. Newly added 8 foot by 42 foot heated lap pool that is heated to mid 80's in mid afternoon, year round in addition to the small pool with a heated tub (no jets)! Due to the high cost of gas, the use of the heated tub will incur a fee of $150 per day. Please contact us if you would like to add this to your reservation.
