Atomic Sunrise has a spacious, open floor plan with plenty of light and mountain views. The large kitchen comes fully equipped and has new appliances. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and shower. Pour a drink in the Elvis cocktail lounge area, play a match on the foosball table, watch cable on a giant flat screen TV, or just use your iPad with house-wide WiFi. Atomic Sunrise has an abundance of room to relax and enjoy your visit in luxury and style.
Outdoors in the yard, you will find a beautiful kidney shaped pool with spa. The large Bahama shelf in the pool has an umbrella holder so you can lounge in the water while you enjoy the sun or the shade. Sip martinis poolside while relaxing on a chaise lounge, looking at spectacular views of the mountains. Fire up the gas grill for a family barbeque, and end the night with a friendly chat around the fire pit.
EXTRA CHARGES -
Spa heating is always free but pool heating is an additional charge of $75/night from November through May. Please let us know once you've made the reservation that you would like the pool heated for your visit and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Palm Springs noise ordinances are STRICTLY ENFORCED. This includes new laws regarding noise that have been put into effect which indicate “ there be no amplified music out of doors. ” If violated you will be subject to $500 fine for first violation and $1000 for second violation”. Also, as part of the new laws, if we receive a call from local authorities and are requested by them to come to the property at any time, renter will be charged $250 and face possible immediate eviction.
