Master bedroom is furnished with a newer King bed, new ceiling fan, and it has unique black out curtains, beautiful imported furnishings, Samsung TV with a DVD and cable box, and direct access to the lanai. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds (no conversion), a ceiling fan newly installed, black out curtains, Samsung TV and a phone. **Owner prefers no toddler ages between 2-5**
This beach front Villa is elegantly furnished for a comfortable resort experience. The villa has central air, living room has a SMART TV and all the amenities. The large lanai extends the living-room area for comfortable lounging, with a new sets of lanai furniture; one set for dining, the other for lounging. Open the pocket doors, bring the outdoor in! New dining room chairs and new rug (2023 & 2024). Relax and enjoy the view from within.
Fully equipped kitchen is designed by world famous Chef Roy Yamaguchi. High end appliances with full size fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, wine cooler & a dish washer. Cabinets are filled with kitchen necessities from utensils to bowls, plates, pots, glasses, cups, saucepans, skillets, cutting board etc.
Bosch washer/dryer located inside villa, very convenient after a day at the beach! Detergent is provided.
