LIVING ROOM
The lovely bright living room has yellow walls, 2 large sofas and an armchair in the bay window. There are wooden floors, a rug and coffee table, which surround the beautiful original feature fireplace. Bookshelves sit either side of the fireplace and art and photographs hang on the walls. There is a television on the left hand side of the fireplace as well.

SECOND RECEPTION ROOM
This room is used as a playroom but also comprises a cream sofa, piano, coffee table and a television mounted on the wall.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
There is a dining table to seat around 8-10 people. This looks out onto the colourful garden beyond.
The large kitchen area is sleek and modern in design, with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all the amenities you will need during your stay.

GARDEN
Retracting doors lead from the dining area out onto the garden. This includes a patio area and a lawn, with lots of lovely plants.

In the entrance hall, a ‘secret’ door in the hallway leads to a utility room, with washing machine, sink and WC. There is a second hidden door which leads to a storage area.

FIRST BEDROOM
Upstairs to the first floor, to a spacious bedroom. This room includes a comfortable double bed, a beautiful feature fireplace, a mirror above the fireplace and a large white wardrobe. There are also bookshelves, an armchair and a view of the garden.

SECOND BEDROOM
A large bedroom with a single bed, bedside table, another lovely fireplace, a fish tank, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

BATHROOM
This stylish bathroom, in a green colourway has a large bath, with overhead shower, armchair and WC.

SECOND BATHROOM
Also on this floor, there is a shower room, with walk in shower, sink and WC.

THIRD BEDROOM
Up a small flight of steps, to another bedroom. This room is also very spacious, with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk with chair. This room has a pale blue colour scheme.

MASTER BEDROOM
On the top floor is the master bedroom, with windows on either side and views out to the surrounding area. There is a super-king bed in the centre of the room, armchairs, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and dressing table, as well as large built in mirrored wardrobe.

THIRD BATHROOM
This beautiful bathroom has a large walk in shower, decorative plant, WC and sink.
