Aloha, and welcome to our coastal home. Upon arrival you will be amazed with the expansive views from the cottage. Awake every morning to expansive views of the ocean, miles of shoreline and crystal clear Maui views. Waikoloa is located on the sunny, golden coast with very little rain and surrounded by white sand beaches. Relax out on the lanai with some local snacks or a freshly brewed cup of Kona coffee!

The home has been remodeled and updated with contemporary island interior design. Imported tiles adorn the kitchen and baths. The master bedroom suite is upstairs in it's own private space. The bedroom is romantic with a large 100+sf sun deck with chaise lounges and tables for relaxing. In the bath, porcelain tile reminiscent of water surrounds the walls with a sand-like mosaic trim and flooring like lava in the sand. Energize with the LED, multi-spray with water fall dual shower heads. The toilet features a bidet with warming, lighted seat. Relax in the freestanding tub with LED faucet and shower spray.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and take in the fresh sea air as the sailboats float by and whales frolic on the distance. Many extras have been thoughtfully planned into this residence. All living areas have air conditioning. Brand new lighting fixtures throughout, new appliances, ocean-themed dishes, washer and dryer, clean, nautical decor and lots of natural light complete this home.
The bedroom configurations are two queen bedrooms on the main floor, a king bedroom on the main floor, with separate entrance and entry into the garage. Full bath with stand-up shower on the main floor. King bedroom on second level with private lanai/ view deck and master bath with dual shower and soaking tub. ALL bedrooms have smart TVs, whether pictured or not. The sofa is large which makes space for 2 additional couch surfers.
Grocery, dining, coffee shop, golf course and gas station are within a mile of the property. We provide a start of all items that you will need to enjoy your stay as well as bottled still and sparkling waters, and coffee. Fully equipped kitchen and baths with luxury linens.
Air conditioning is available for a small additional fee of $30.00 per day. (advisable in the summer months)—highly advisable in summer!

Waikoloa Village is just 6 miles from pristine white sand beaches. There is a market, fuel station, restaurants with a food court and coffee shop and a golf course within walking distance.
There is a neighborhood pool with restaurant, gym and tennis courts.
