The Space: Welcome to our home and welcome to London! This cosy flat is located within a 15 minute walk of Belsize Park, Kentish Town and Chalk Farm tube stations and has great links to get you around the area and into the city centre. Camden Town Market and Hampstead Heath are some of the closest must sees! The open plan living area has a comfy sofa and direct access to our private garden. There is a BBQ, a table and chairs in the garden meaning you can enjoy the space for al fresco dining or sitting in the sun, London weather depending! The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and ample storage space, while there is a second bedroom with a double bed and a small double sofa bed in the living room. All of the beds will be made up with fresh hotel quality linen to ensure you are comfortable throughout your stay. In the kitchen you will find all the expected modcons, including a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. The kitchen leads onto an additional private patio located at the front of the house. Between the bedrooms you'll find the bathroom with a bath and attached shower, which will be filled with towels and toiletries for your use. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! The Neighborhood: If you’re looking to cook while staying at the flat, there is a Tesco Express, Lidl and Iceland on Kentish Town high street, within a 15 minute walk. Alternatively, there are a number of great places to eat nearby including Franco Manca, MAP studio cafe and Mems Cafe Garden. If you’re looking to explore the area, places of interest nearby include Camden Town market, Hampstead Heath, within a 15 minute walk, Primrose Hill and London Zoo. Getting Around: The property is well situated to get you around London. By tube, Belsize Park (Northern), Kentish Town (Northern) and Chalk Farm (Northern) stations are all within a 15 minute walk of the flat, with Gospel Oak overground station within a 10 minute walk. Otherwise, there are several bus stops near the property that can navigate you around London and the City. Uber and taxis are also readily available in London. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. Our TV is not connected to an aerial, but does have an internet connection so that you can access YouTube and on demand players. Our sofa bed is a small double and is only suitable for one guest.
