If additional guests are brought [beyond original reservation guest total] and Host is not notified, per house rules Guest acknowledged when booking, booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Guest is responsible for damages caused by their party.
Late Checkout:
Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. If requested prior to the day of checkout we may be able to offer a later checkout time free of charge depending on the schedule of our cleaning team.
Failure to follow rules may result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of payment.
