Located in the beautiful 24 hours gated golf community of Southern Dunes, this 2 story south facing golf front pool home offers one of the best views on the golf of all houses in the community. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is fully equiped with WIFI, a heated pool, bbq grill, smart TVs in each of the bedroom, cable box in 3 rooms. NFL redzone available from Sept until the end of the football seasons. In the kitchen you will get a complete cookware including a crockpot, There is a front door ADT security camera with patio door alarms if guests want to set them up. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and in suite bathroom. The second floor also has one bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom with a full-twin size mattress bunk bed with a trundle bed (sleeps up to 4). The house sleeps comfortably 8 with possibility to sleep 11 with the trundle bed and 1 spare single mattress available. On the ground floor you will enjoy the ceramic tile all throughout and the nice views on the golf course. The second floor has laminate floor all throughout. Whether you come for a romantic stay or you are two families, you will find the house is just the right size for you to enjoy your vacation and relax. The house is located 1 mile from Walmart and WinnDixie. The southern Dunes golf community is gated and very quiet. You can enjoy the quiet location while being close to everything and all parks (legoland, disney, universal etc). The southern Dunes is ranked in the top best golfs in Florida.
