Diamond rated. Entry into open plan kitchen and lounge/diner. Kitchen with full sized oven/hob with extractor over, microwave and fridge/freezer. Lounge with TV, Freeview, Sky TV (bring own Sky TV card to use), gas fire and double sofa bed. Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with double bed, TV, storage and access to 'Jack and Jill' family shower room. Bedroom 2 - Twin room with two single beds and storage. Bedroom 3 - Twin room with two single beds and storage. Family 'Jack & Jill' shower room with toilet and washbasin. Access from lounge and master bedroom. Outside gated decking to side with outside furniture to enjoy use of.
