Cute, colorful, and exceptionally located, this North Ocean City condo is just a quick, four-block stroll from the beautiful Atlantic beach. Spend sunny afternoons splashing in the community's outdoor pool and balmy summer evenings dining and sipping cocktails on the patio at golden hour. This condo sits three blocks south of the Delaware state line, a location that provides fantastic access to tax-free shopping and the many other attractions of Fenwick Island. When you're not lounging on the beach four blocks east, you can stroll to great restaurants, nightlife, mini-golf, go-karts, the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, and even Northside Park, all within a mile. Each day here begins outside on the patio, a private, fenced space where you can sip your morning coffee in peace and have breakfast in the fresh ocean air. Then simply grab a swimsuit and towel from the washer/dryer and you're off to the beach and the pool for the day. In the evenings, come home to cool off in central air conditioning, get started on dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, and gather in the living room to stream movies and play board games.
