Here we have a beautiful classic property that has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests per stay.This exquisite van is a special one for the peace and quiet seeking guests and also those who like to bird watch. The master bedroom has a lovely double bed with lots of legroom around and enough space for a cot bed if required, it has an ensuite that consists of a wash basin and toilet.The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds.



The main bathroom has a shower cubicle and a sink and is situated in the hallway directly outside the bedrooms.



You will see that the kitchen has everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals including a hob and oven, a fridge freezer and microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a dining room area with a dining table and stools with fitted sofas so plenty of room for everyone to sit together as a family.



The main living area has beautiful fitted furniture around 2 sides and this is where you will find the pull out sofa bed, there are double glazed windows and central heating throughout the property so it stays nice and cozy on those extra chilly evenings.A fair use basis on gas and electricity comes inclusive.Your fur babies don't have to miss out on the holiday as this is a pet friendly property and can go on the lovely walks down the secret path that takes you down o the river and watch the ducks, the fantastic views from this van are breathtaking also so to sit outside and watch the world go by is quite special.

SURROUNDING AREAS



Winchelsea beach itself is a 5 min walk away, and has the most stunning views.The beach is a stoney beach that stretches for miles and has an ancient forest that can only be seen when the tide is out. Literally just outside the entrance of the park there is a co-op, fish and chip shop and a kebab shop, not forgetting a lovely pub.If you walk to the end of the village by the beach there is a cafe with parking and serves the best meals for all the family to enjoy on the days you don't want to cook.



This property is highly recommended if you want a relaxed and chilled holiday and only a short drive or bus ride to the neighboring towns for a more upbeat atmosphere.
