With doors to: Dining room: with large table and twelve chairs, dresser and door leading to: Kitchen: modern kitchen with a “range style” oven with seven ring gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, and two dishwashers, back door with steps down to enclosed garden with astro turf, mature shrubs and garden furniture and another door leading into a patio with two chairs and table. Utility Room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room: with corner shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Galatea bedroom: with King size double four poster bed, sofa, wardrobe, bay window and feature fireplace with door to: Kitchenette: with washing machine, kettle and mini fridge. Lounge: with bay window with window seat, comfortable sofas, fireplace (operational between November and February - please check when booking), TV and armchair. Lobby with stained glass door: to vestibule with front door with four steps down to driveway. Library: with bay window with window seat, comfortable sofa, armchairs, TV and bookshelves with a multitude of book and games.
Please note: this property is on the ground floor of the larger Manor House, therefore the upstairs rooms will all be locked and unavailable. Bed linen and towels provided. 2 pets permitted at £20.00 per pet. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges.
