1900sqft - 3bdrm - 2ba - Fully appointed with all appliances, and all amenities.
Two Master suites and a third smaller bedroom. King size beds in both upstairs rooms, Queen down. We also added a sofa/sleeper in the downstairs living room. Large deck & fenced yard. Dog friendly. Yard is shared and restrictions are spayed/neutered, kenneled when alone in house and over 2 years of age. Yard is shared with our dogs so we prefer well socialized and non-aggressive fur babies. We are a Google Fiber neighborhood, so wi-fi is available and free 1 Gig service. We do have it on the long term rental market, furnished at this point but have made it 30day plus in the mean time. Due to our location close to the hospitals in our area extended out patient guests have been booking it. As a home away from home.
