Aloha and welcome to our home, villa #311. Our villa offers concierge service to all of our guests. We have ocean views, a private pool with spa, and gourmet kitchen with professional grade appliances. The villa is bright, airy and spacious with vaulted ceilings, mahogany trimmed woodwork along with natural stone flooring throughout the home. Our villa is filled with artwork, flat screen TV’s and fabulous furnishings. We have upgraded Wi-Fi and a Sonos music system. Come enjoy the covered lanai with built-in gas BBQ and outdoor dining. The disappearing glass doors combine the great room, kitchen, and wet bar bringing the outdoors in!
Our villa has 3 ground level master suites and 3.5 baths. Two suites have a king size bed, walk in closets and marble bathrooms complete with Jacuzzi tubs. The third suite has queen beds with another exceptional bathroom. There is an outdoor shower accessible from either the master suite or the backyard pool area. Tiki torches, a patio fountain and artwork complete our backyard experience. We offer the VIP Amenity Package to our guests for a fee. The Amenity Package gives access to the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, offering a variety of entertainment options including 36 holes of championship golf, tennis, workout facilities and two of the best white sand beaches on the Kohala coast. There are a variety of restaurants and shops located nearby as well.
Waiulaula is located within the Mauna Kea Resort on 48 acres of sweeping ocean and mountain views. Within the Waiulaula Complex, there is an Amenity Center for residents that include an infinity edge pool, spa, fitness center, BBQ s, kitchen with dining area and TV room. Please note, we have a 5 day minimum stay to rent our property!
