Guest suite perfectly situated in North Kona 10 minutes from downtown to the south and 10-20 minutes from the most popular beaches to the North. Peekaboo ocean views. Sits at a cool but not cold elevation of 1000ft. BBQ, outdoor shower and garden lounge available to guests. Hosts live upstairs with a dog and child. Ample parking. Minutes to the airport. It’s located in a locals neighborhood. We ask that you practice aloha in the neighborhood, not smoke and no parties.
Guests are allowed anywhere on the first floor or lower portion of the property. Laundry is available to them in the carport on the upper portion of the property.
We are a sociable, friendly family. But we respect if you prefer not to interact.
This is a locals neighborhood located at the northern edge of town, close to the N. Kona and Waikoloa beaches.
A car is a must when you stay with us a luckily there is plenty of parking.

When you check out, the place should be relatively clean. If it requires any sort of deep cleaning you may be charged an extra cleaning fee, which is passed on to our cleaner.
Please note we are on solar hot water like most homes on Big Island. This means on cloudy days hot water may be less available. We have a back up manual switch that we stay on top of but rarely demand can exceed supply. If this is the happens just remind us and we will hit the manual switch.
