Lush and cool surroundings both inside and out. The back yard is calling your name and once you set foot outside you won't want to leave. Well maintained and newly redecorated. Conveniently located in South Carlsbad it's both freeway close and within a mile of a grocery store & beaches. Surrounded by shopping choices everywhere from outlet malls to high end fashion and everything in between. 3 World class golf courses within 2 mi. and many more in North County. The Carlsbad/Encinitas area is the 'flower capital of the world' and they are abundant both here in the garden setting and out on the roadways.
Also, situated near Batiquitos Lagoon (0.5 mi) a protected wetlands and wildlife refuge and home to many bird species. Walking nature trail around lagoon.
