This 5 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms with a lot of water toys, a 2 well dock with 2 jetski lifts, large yard, plenty of room for your boat trailers and vehicles and community boat ramp makes this a great family friendly property for your next vacation. Working? We have it covered with multiple spaces to work from and high-speed internet. Pet friendly but must be pre-approved.

Pirates Point Marina for boat rentals is less than 2 minutes by car and just right outside the cove.
The kitchen is open for whatever you want to make! It is stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking pans, coffee maker, toaster, and other utensils that can be found in the cabinets. Want to cook dinner at home? Don’t worry, we provide the necessary spices and cooking oils for any typical meal. The refrigerator will dispense water and ice on the front door of the fridge. When you need to clean your dishes, there are dishwasher pods to the left of the kitchen sink. You will need only need to run the dishwasher on a normal cycle.
WASHER and DRYER-We provide a washer and dryer located on the lower level. To operate the wash machine, push the power button, select the type of wash, and then push start. For dryer, push power button, select task, and then push start. Be sure to clear the lint trap after each use. Please do not strip the sheets off the beds.
TVs-All TV’s in the house are smart TV’s. You will be able to log in to any of your streaming services so you can watch the shows that you want to watch.
GRILLS-The property does have a Weber gas grill, a Weber charcoal grill, and a Louisiana pellet smoker. When using the gas grill, make sure you turn off gas after you are done cooking. Make sure that any children are not within 5 feet of any grills. If you are not familiar with a pellet grill, it is better to leave it alone and use one of the other two grills. Do not leave any grills unattended. Please clean grills after use. When renting the property and using the grills or smokers, you are agreeing to the rules stated and will take full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur. You will be responsible for any damage caused by or to any of the grills.
Please do not keep doors and windows open. We want to help keep any bugs out as well as conserve energy as much as we can.
If something happens where damages have occurred, we would love it if you let us know as soon as possible so that we can get it replaced or repaired promptly. By renting this property, you will agree to replace or repair anything or your guests’ damage during your stay. Examples can include stains that can not be removed, broken furniture, taken items from household, broken windows or doors, etc. Any items that will need to be replaced will be replaced with the same thing or equivalent at the original items' price.
CHECK-IN When you check into the property, do a full sweep of the house, inside and out, to identify any problems. We request that you report any issues to us as soon as you can so that we can troubleshoot the problem and get it resolved during your stay. If you report any issues after 5 p.m we will do everything in our power to get it fixed but can not fully promise that it will be settled until the next day.
CHECK-OUT We ask that you are out of the property by 10 am, so the cleaning crew are not delayed in their cleaning process. If you leave the house a mess, where our house cleaners will need more time to clean, you will be charged with the additional cleaning fee, depending on how much longer they need.
Here is a checklist of things that need to be done.
1. Leave everything like you found it during check-in.
2. Housekeepers will take care of the sheets and towels. If possible, please start a load of beach towels before you check out.
3. Put away any water toys that you have used.
4. Take all trash to the garbage bin at the street level.
5. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
6. Make sure that all windows and doors are closed.
7. Send us a quick message to let us know that you are checking out on time.
House Rules
-Absolutely NO SMOKING in the home or near any doors. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the lake. If you need to smoke, you will have to do it outside and then dispose of your cigarettes properly.
- Possession or use of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited, as is any illegal activity. The authorities will be engaged, and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
-Ample parking is available on the street level as well as the graveled areas below. Please do not park on the grass on the lower level.
Property use is limited to registered guests only. Events and hosted parties are not allowed without prior approval.
-Respect our towels and linens. There is a good selection of boat towels available for wiping down your boat or for spills located on the lower level on top of one of the fridges.
Lastly, this is a personal home. Please be respectful of the property, furnishings, and our neighbors. Please pick up and remove all garbage from the premises daily, including any cigarette butts from ashtrays and dispose of it in the city garbage can provided at the street level. Garbage pick-up is Friday at 5 a.m so all garbage needs to be up on the street level Thursday evening. Be kind and clean the grill after use and put dirty dishes in the dishwasher before departure.
