Orchard Lea is a spacious home designed to be a truly comfortable and peaceful space. It has been recently redecorated with the help of an island interior designer, and features four interconnected living areas for your group to spread out and relax. There is a cosy TV room for evening movie nights, a sunroom for reading and looking out onto the garden, a bright dining room and large comfortable living room. The sunroom has wall-to-wall bi-folding doors which open onto a large patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining, leading onto a mature garden with an in-ground trampoline.
Perfect for intergenerational families or anyone who wants more of their own space, there is one easily-accessible king-sized bedroom on the ground floor, as well as a toilet/shower. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: one king-sized, one with two single beds, and a spacious master bedroom with a super-king bed, walk in closet and plenty of room for a cot or yoga mat!
The kitchen is well-stocked, complete with RangeMaster stove with 3 oven compartments and 5 hobs, a new dishwasher, an assortment of pots and pans and baking trays, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, cafetiere, microwave and kettle. There is a small utility room with brand new washing machine and separate dryer for your convenience.
We have gigabit internet with excellent WiFi coverage, a smart TV with lots of apps such as Netflix/Prime TV etc for you to log in to, and a dedicated work desk in the snug if you'll be working from "home".
In the morning you can stroll down to Seagrove Bay with its sandy beach for a morning swim, and pick up an excellent coffee (complete with latte art) and pastry at the Sea Brew coffee cart. Or walk 15 minutes down to the heart of Seaview Village for a meal or to shop for essentials, or simply to enjoy an ice cream and head to the beach to swim, relax, or hunt for crabs and other wildlife in the fascinating rock pools.
