Coffee/tea station with Keurig coffee maker and separate espresso machine. Blackout blinds in every room to help adjust to the pacific time zone for far away travelers. Spacious yard with outdoor dining, large deck and turf play area to enjoy with your family and loved ones. Enjoy this completely remodeled, 1,600sf home with its' beach cottage and equestrian decor. 3BR/3BA interior provides ample space to delight in. Two MBR upstairs, one complete with a play loft/reading nook for the kids. Both with their own private patios and bathrooms. Main level bedroom offers a workspace option with sleeper sofa that makes into a queen bed. All mattresses are topped with memory foam toppers, luxury cotton linens throughout. I take pride in offering my guests the upmost in comfort and utility. Garage has been converted to an extra recreation room with a large couch, TV and Xbox. Kitchen is stocked with all new pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. Every room is equipped with Smart TV's (YouTubeTV compete with NFL package, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime included). Parking provided in the driveway with a 3rd spot on premises. Prime location near amazing entertainment, attractions and of course the beaches! Just a short walk to the Del Mar Fairgrounds and racetrack, the iconic Cedros Design District, which offers everything from the world-famous Belly-Up tavern to aroma-and conversation-filled sidewalk cafes, specialty shops, fashion and jewelry boutiques, pampering and indulgent salons, day spas and yoga or Pilates studios, fine art and photographic galleries and so much more. Short 5 minute drive to Surf Sports Complex and to HITS Del Mar Horsepark. Guests will enjoy the full compliments of the home all to themselves! Upstairs west facing patio has wicker swing chair, bar table with two chairs, and 2 additional barstools from which to enjoy the view. Southern facing patio has bistro table with 2 chairs. Back patio has dining table with 6 chairs, encompassed with festive string lighting, bar table with 2 barstools, patio set with 2 loveseats and lots of space for dining, drinking, or just relaxing. Back yard has Traeger grill and hot tub (towels provided).Guests will be able to contact me directly with any questions that arise during their stay. Solana Beach City ordinance requires a 7 night minimum stay.
