The 3rd bedroom a 4ft6 double. The 4th bedroom has a zip & link bed and can either be set up as 2 x 3ft singles or a superking (6ft) bed. The family bathroom with bath and step over shower, basin and w.c. All 1st floor bedrooms have access to the balcony, to enjoy glorious views of St Ives Bay, and views up the North Cornwall coast. An additional ground floor w.c.
