The Space:
Located in the heart of Point Dume, The Dume Estate offers a rare amount of space in one of Malibu's most sought-after neighborhoods. Set on nearly three-quarters of an acre, the estate features a beautifully renovated main residence, detached guest house, resort-style pool and spa, expansive lawns, and seamless indoor-outdoor living just moments from the beach.
The main residence welcomes guests with bright, open interiors, warm wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and thoughtfully curated living spaces. The living room is anchored by a fireplace and flows effortlessly into the dining area and kitchen, creating a natural setting for gathering, entertaining, and everyday living.
Accommodations are thoughtfully distributed across three separate structures, providing both comfort and flexibility for a variety of group configurations. The Main House features four king bedrooms, while the Pool House offers one queen bedroom and a separate room with two twin beds. The Gym House serves as a private guest retreat with its own king bedroom. In total, the estate offers seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, including three private en-suite bedrooms.
Positioned separately from the main home, the detached guest house offers an added layer of privacy and flexibility. Complete with its own kitchen, living area, and laundry facilities, it provides additional space for guests while remaining just steps from the main residence.
