There are two first floor bathrooms (one being the en-suite to the master bedroom) and a ground floor cloakroom. The ground floor also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area, as well as a spacious living / dining room.. Outside there is an enclosed garden to the rear of the property as well as an allocated parking space.3 Painters Fileld is a lovely holiday home ideal for small families.
