There is also a TV here, with Netflix and HBO Max. Leading into a downstairs utility area, with Miele washing machine and Miele dryer and a cloakroom with toilet and sink. A 55 inch Sony Oled TV with Netflix, and plenty of comfortable seating for eight on the large corner sofa. Full height French windows open onto the gorgeous, private garden (not overlooked) Large paved patio with dining table, benches and chairs to seat eight, and a 5 burner gas BBQ. Lawned garden with mature, tropical plants.
Upstairs, there are four modern, newly decorated king/superking bedrooms - all provided with 100% cotton bedding and thick fluffy white towels . The two bedrooms at the back of the property can be made up as doubles or twins, as required.
