This newly built two-story home features three master bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, plus a fourth guest bath and a spacious office—perfect for remote work or quiet reading. Enjoy three scenic decks and a rooftop terrace with sweeping 180° lake and mountain views.
Inside, relax by two cozy gas fireplaces—one in the living room and another in the master suite. The gourmet kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances, a gas stove, and a grill—perfect for cooking and entertaining.
Step outside and follow a beautiful nature trail leading to the semi-private beach area, where you can swim, paddleboard, or unwind by the fire pit or in the outdoor sauna by the water.

• No shoes allowed inside the sauna or on the decking area.

• If no water comes out, you may fill the red bucket with lake water and use that to rinse.

• If you turn on the outside lights, please turn them off when you’re done.

• Turn the timer dial just past the large “1” to start the sauna right away.
• Do not use the small numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.)—they delay the start by that number of hours.
