Attractive, compact, light, newly converted barn adjacent to Cakebreade Cottage. The barn overlooks delightful gardens. The village of Orwell is surrounded by the countryside of South Cambridgeshire including many walks from Little Barn - including to Wimpole Hall, a National Trust estate with 3,000 acres of parkland. Great gastro pub within easy walking distance, well stocked village shop and even an excellent hairdresser.
The barn has high spec decor throughout with a queen sized bed and ensuite shower facilities. There is an adjoining oak conservatory with 2 arm chairs & coffee tables. Within the barn there is a bespoke larder cupboard containing an integral fridge (+ small freezer compartment) microwave, coffee & tea making equipment, crockery, cutlery, butler’s sink plus all continental breakfast provisions. Hair dryer, full length mirror, toiletries, towels, iron and ironing board, sewing kit, first aid kit provided.
