Offering a warm welcome and with a contemporary feel, this property is ideal for a family of six or a group of friends looking to enjoy this beautiful part of North Yorkshire. The open plan living area is well planned and flooded with natural light from the patio doors which lead out to the enclosed patio area. The underfloor heating provides a warm welcome and will be comforting during the cooler winter months. To the first floor are three comfortable bedrooms offering a mixture of twin and double beds. The master room has the added luxury of an en-suite shower room and a super kingsize bed. The accommodation is completed with a house bathroom with separate shower cubicle. To the rear of the house is a south facing, dog friendly patio which provides a sheltered spot for al fresco dining or an early morning coffee.
Step outside and you will find yourself in the very heart of the village. The local pub is just around the corner and serves delicious meals and traditional ale. The remains of the 14th century Sheriff Hutton Castle keeps a watchful eye over the village; the castle was one of Richard III’s favourite castles, you can even see it from the rear main bedroom!
