A stunning rural cottage in an acre of private grounds, just 5 minutes from Bearsden and 15 minutes from the West End of Glasgow. The house benefits from a Hot Tub and Sauna, outdoor kitchen and plenty of space to relax or play. There are an abundance of lovely local walks close to the house, as well as access to The West Highland Way just 200m away. The house itself is luxuriously finished, has both open plan & private living spaces as well as four bedrooms with 5-star hotel quality bedding. The ground floor has an open plan living/dining/kitchen which opens out to the gardens. There is also a snug/office, WC, Utility room and double bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a Master Suite with en-suite shower room, walk-in dressing room and private balcony. Another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom complete the upstairs. There is an outhouse in the garden which houses the Hot Tub, Sauna, Loungers, a small shower room and kitchenette. In the large garden there is a pond with a bridge to the Gazebo where the outdoor kitchen is located. You'll have full private access to the house and gardens. I live 20 minutes away so can generally be on hand if needed. There is a fountain and a small pond in the garden. The log burners do not have child guards. Children should be supervised at all times both indoors and outdoors.
