Priestley House is a distinguished nineteenth century town house on the handsome Georgian thoroughfare of Bootham close to York City Walls, Minster and Railway Station. The location is second to none being a few minutes' stroll from York city centre's amenities, museums, galleries and recreational spaces including the riverside and botanical gardens.
A smart entrance gives private access to the maisonette on the upper first and second floors from which cityscape views can be enjoyed towards Bootham Bar and the Minster's central tower, the highest point in York.
