Welcome to our beautifully appointed 1,600-square-foot corner villa, located in an upscale, private boutique resort at Poipu Kai. Recently added and thoughtfully furnished, this second story spacious three-bedroom, three-bath condo offers comfort, privacy, and resort-style living for the entire group. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom, making it ideal for families or couples traveling together. We fell in love with the soaring ceilings, open floor plan, high-end appliances, and elegant interior design—and we hope you will too.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, perfect for preparing meals at home. Relax in the air-conditioned living area or open the folding glass doors to seamlessly extend the living space onto the large, covered lanai. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden, it’s an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
As a desirable corner unit, the condo offers convenient access to the pool and BBQ area, so you’re never far from the fun. Some of Poipu’s most popular beaches are just a 10–15 minute walk away. We also provide pool and beach toys, so you can simply arrive and enjoy.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There shall be no refunds of rental payments due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, observation of insects or pests, tenant work demands or family emergencies whether they are inside or outside the State of Hawaii.
We recommend getting Travel Insurance prior to your trip.
You will be given a Rental Agreement to sign summarizing the rental rules after booking.
Our condo gets fully booked in high season, which unfortunately means we cannot offer late check-outs. If your flight leaves late in the evening, allow yourself one extra night.
